This is the project cycle that we follow. We start with surveys, using cutting-edge methodologies and tools, then move on to planning and then proceed to design. We use tools such as Office 365, the ACDat cloud, and B.I.M. to do this. We keep all data in the Cloud environment, allowing design and construction to communicate with each other. During the design phase, using B.I.M., all project stakeholders can communicate with each other, and the data is loaded onto the Cloud. In this way, the end customer and any guests can read and follow the entire design step by step directly from the Cloud. Even during construction, using B.I.M., all construction stakeholders communicate with each other on the Cloud. Our system optimizes time, message clarity, and updated data precision through real-time sharing of the entire project.
Since the 90s, we have continuously followed all updates regarding machinery and technology, investments that we have always believed in and that have allowed us to grow and optimize precision and data collection and processing times as much as possible. On the planning and design side, we have also consistently followed all technological updates in hardware and software. Starting in 1995, we digitized everything, from designing drafting tables to using AutoCAD and then, in the early 2000s, being among the first to use Autodesk Revit, optimizing B.I.M modeling. Even on the hardware front, we started with paper and now use mobile devices. Data sharing and management now all occur digitally.
Optimizing time and accuracy of data has always been our priority even during the construction phase.
